ME Analyst

● Provide design support, guidance and assistance on Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) Task Orders (TO) development, Technical design of TPM framework and tools
● Support in drafting TPM data collection toolkit, including quantitative and qualitative tools, sampling techniques, visual data capture methods, etc.
● Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly M&E reports for USAID
● Work closely with the M&E Component Lead to strengthen coordination, collaboration, and synergies across the ART program regarding data management, findings of TPM assignments and lessons learned
● Drive excellent in data analysis and presentation
● Produce and contribute timely inputs toward quality reports and deliverables for TPM field reports, training of field monitors, and information dissemination
● Any other tasks deemed necessary to successfully carry out M&E under Syria ART
