To support our growth we are looking for an experienced marketing Specialistto join our team in Portugal or Spain.

Job Overview:The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and digital marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including graphics creation website management social media content creation and management reporting and collaboration with various departments to support marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce highquality graphics and videos for social media platforms adhering to brand guidelines.
• Provide support in PowerPoint presentations including template creation and document layout.
• Create branded documents based on existing templates and elements.
• Manage the company website including creating new pages on HubSpot
• Develop and execute social media content plans ensuring consistency and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales HR and product teams on marketing projects and initiatives.
• Act as a brand ambassador ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and project planning.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English language skills native proficiency preferred.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software with the ability to create visually compelling content.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and processes.
• Experience in social media management and content planning.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to use Canva

Nice to have:

• Experience with copywriting and content creation.
• Previous experience in a startup or scaleup environment.
• Crosscultural work experience or experience in international marketing.
• Background in agency or copywriting roles.
