Core responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting the demand creation objectives and strategies.
• Lead the team in the process of Implementation of marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.

• Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors agencies and key influencers as per the need.
• Capitalize on digital marketing to ensure it is an integral part of the demand creation mechanism.
• Lead the team to create and engage informative content for the website blog social media and any other content that the business might leverage.
• Analyze market trends evaluate & capture different pockets of growth.
• Lead & strengthen the development of company brand equity within all stakeholders view.

• Minimum 7 years marketing management experience in a reputable organization
• Business to business marketing experience is preferable.
• Proven successful track record in developing marketing plans and campaigns online and offline.
• In touch with Market trends and review/amend strategies accordingly in line with the evolving conditions.
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with outstanding longterm strategic mindset.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong project management multitasking and decisionmaking skills.
