Must haves
  • 4+ years experience as Director of Marketing or a similar role in IT Marketing/Business development/B2B markets at a digital marketing agency or an outsourced software development company

  • Proven experience in leading outbound and inbound lead generation teams (15+ people)

  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)

  • Proficient in business software (CRM, email marketing, A/B testing, Data Studio, reporting tools, etc.)

  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods

  • Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)

  • Excellent written and oral English

  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities


Nice to haves

  • Expertise in Fintech/E-commerce/Analytics domain

  • Knowledge of principles of Account Based Marketing


What you will do

  • Design and implementing Marketing strategies and technics to expand the company s portfolio

  • Planning and execution of marketing campaigns/activities, results analysis, and plans adjusting

  • Testing ideas and analyzing results to make data-driven decisions and adjust the strategy

  • Working with BD/Sales and Marketing managers to achieve goals
