Responsibilities

• Conduct market research studies to identify market trends customer needs and competitive landscape within the healthcare pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Collect organize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources including surveys reports databases and industry publications.
• Perform thorough data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to extract meaningful insights and present actionable recommendations.
• Monitor industry news market dynamics and regulatory changes to stay updated on the latest trends and their impact on the organization.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product development to provide strategic guidance and support decisionmaking processes.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the market and make recommendations for new products services or marketing strategies based on research findings.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
• Masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 year of experience as a Market Research Analyst in the healthcare pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite.
• Solid understanding of market research methodologies data analysis techniques and statistical concepts.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of healthcare pharmaceutical or biotech industry trends regulations and competitive landscape.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
