Requirements:

• Experience within an FMCG customer-facing environment.
• Knowledge of logistics and people management skills.
• Understanding of the recruitment process.
• Excellent financial and budgeting skills.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to negotiate and achieve results.
• Commitment to service excellence and enhancing this value across the company.
• Experience in HACCP, Food Safety, Health & Safety, Waste, and packaging.
• General management background in the food and logistics industry.
