- Experience within an FMCG customer-facing environment.
- Knowledge of logistics and people management skills.
- Understanding of the recruitment process.
- Excellent financial and budgeting skills.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.

- Experience in HACCP, Food Safety, Health & Safety, Waste, and packaging.
