Manager Architect

Actively participates in pre-sales activity, design technical solution, estimate cost, and proposes strategy

- Understands technology assets used across Managed Service propositions and advises on appropriate technology solutions

- Works closely with the Managed Services technology team on the design of client solutions for engagements

- Contributes to the development of technology architecture governance structures, methodologies, and compliance activities

- Evaluates and selects appropriate technologies and platforms to support client's business needs

- Plans technology solutions that are scalable and capable of handling increasing workloads and user demands

- Oversees the transition of technology solutions into production and aids in resolving issues as they may arise during rollout

- Stays abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in Managed Services

- Identifies opportunities for innovation and improvement in technology architecture

- Presents technology solutions and architecture designs in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
