(Machinery) Distribution Sales Channel Specialist

• Finding new distributors and developing assigned existing distributors according through the Distributor Development Program
  
• Expanding the value proposition of our client product in the market
  
• Covering geographical areas and industry segments
  
• Develop the smart customer segment as well as selected end users with distributors as an enabler.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology, business administration, or comparable qualification
  
• 3+ years experience in handling distributor sales channels, especially in automation market
  
• Experience in the industrial automation market and the respective industries, products and applications is crucial
  
• Adaptive communication skills are crucial
  
• Experience in the field of operational Distribution Sales is important
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English is important
  
• Good understanding of business practices and behavioral styles of Distributors in the respective area
