• Leading the parts follow-up, logistics accelerating, material planning, and inventory control operations to ensure adequate stock inventory.
• Developing relationships with external logistics partners to target sustainable cost reduction, service level improvements and maintenance of quality levels.
• Ensuring that products are delivered on schedule and to the correct destination to optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Reviewing all new and purchasing orders, the stock accuracy, and implementing key changes to improve on-time delivery from suppliers.
• Establishing and maintaining Min/Max, MRP schedules and system application data elements to support materials requirements.
• Selecting carriers for transportation, following upcoming Shipment, documents transactions, and ensuring keeping up to date the rates and roots for better smooth operations.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction to assure that the right parts are available at the right time in the right quantity at the lowest cost.
• Providing operational support to all legislative processes to ensure compliance to public policies, objectives, licenses and to ensure the smooth of the business activities.
• officials (ministries, government officials, committees, organizations and associations) and implement all public policies to achieve all objectives.
