Logistics Coordinator

NOK Human Capital is hiring Logistics Coordinator to one of the most well known Ecommerce companies internationally.

The team is looking for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to manage customs clearance and cross border transfers for redistribution flow from EMEA to MENA region. Your primary role will be to collaborate with the Supply Chain and Global Trade services teams to transfer material and ensure a process follow up for trade and product compliance of the assets moved cross border.

Job Description:
1. Coordinate cross border transfers commercial invoice accuracy customs clearance on both export and import end for company deployment projects in EMEA and MENA;
2. Promote highest standard for safety and ergonomics into all Supply Chain material handling processes;
3. Responsible for daily completion of process task for asset transfers and related transportation and customs clearance
4. Evaluate work flow and propose improvements for Assets Transfer and customs clearance activities; Comply with Financial Operational and Quality KPIs of the Startup Supply Chain team
5. Coordinate warehousing activities of external contractors over 40 storage facilities in 9 countries.
6. Plan workload forecasting to anticipate volume peaks and support workforce staffing.
7. Investigate work flow and propose improvements for Inbound Storage and Outbound processes.
8. Support definition of Inventory management procedures and implement standards over all location with the support of Third Parties Contractors.
9. Set up control measures to ensure procedure and policies guidelines are met.
10. Work in partnership with Third party Contractors team to introduce innovative solutions and elevate company Standards
11. Support reporting of Inventory status and monitor accuracy

Job Qualifications:
Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
Experienced in Logistics Supply Chain or Export/Import operations and Trade Compliance execution
Focused sharp mind well organized to manage complexity of multiple projects.
Fluent in verbal and writing English to manage relationships with various stakeholders and coordinate crossborder transfers between EMEA UK and MENA regions
Experience in warehouse management
Experience with ERP / MRP systems.
