Lifestyle Assistant

Job Description

• We are looking for a lifestyle assistant that will give our clients a 5 stars service.
• Their main job is to communicate with our clients as well as build a relationship.
• A concierge lifestyle assistant is someone that is always available and allows our clients to ask for any of our 1000 services through them.
• Most of the services are done by the back office or team on the ground but the lifestyle assistant is the only person that speaks to the client directly.
• A lifestyle assistant also collects information about the property, company or client such as birthdays, major events and more.
• We also expect the lifestyle Assistant to communicate with the back office and give us any important information needed as well as prepare monthly reports for clients

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in any hospitality field or customer service
• Presentable, Friendly, outgoing and polite
• Speaks English very well and Arabic
• Able to use a computer and send emails
• Able to come to Zamalek daily
• Females only
