Conduct necessary Legal Research upon Documents submitted by the clients seeking funding.
Translating all contracts and letters from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Assist the Head of Legal in the Role of Corporate Secretary to finalize all CSrelated work.
Dealing with GAFI FRA Central Bank MCSD or any other related authority
Cooperate with other Lawyers in the legal department by offering a legal opinion in their work when needed.
Authenticate EGM & AGM & Board meetings from GAFI.
Preparing the annual report of sharia committee
High knowledge with the sharia charter
Preparing the minutes of meeting of the Board Committees
Requirements
Law Degree Preferable English section .
Experience from 3 to 5 Years.
Very good in English Spoken & Written.
