- Provide sound legal and commercial advice to Umniah across its end to end operations.
- Select the most appropriate contract/agreement template and reflect the agreed technical and commercial offers along with any other needed terms and conditions.
- Develop contracts/agreements when needed (in-line with the approved templates) to have a final draft which would be best suitable for special projects.
- Develop applicable terms and conditions that shall be dispatched with purchase orders to protect the rights for the company and the supplier/vendor.
- Arrange with all stakeholders to secure needed approvals/confirmation in order to have the contract/agreement signed by the authorized signatory.
