Lead Design Team UIUX - Branding - Social Media

1 UI/UX Design:

• Oversee the UI/UX subteam ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the teams
  

• output.
  

• Lead and actively participate in the user experience and user interface design process collaborating with the team from concept to final prototype and assets.
  

• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide regular updates and receive feedback.
  

• Ensure that the design process aligns with established best practices and industry standards.
  

2 Branding:

• Lead the Branding subteam managing projects related to logo design brand guidelines stationary and mockups.
  

• Guarantee the team produces highquality work from initial mockups to printready files.
  

• Provide technical support to the team when necessary and ensure alignment with client requirements and feedback.
  

• Collaborate with clients to understand their branding needs and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
  

3 Social Media:

• Supervise the Social Media Design subteam aligning with the Marketing Director to implement his strategies and his calendars for various accounts and clients.
  

• Distribute tasks to the team according to the social media plans that created by the marketing team where designs or videos.
  

4 General Leadership Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor team members providing guidance on technical skills and design principles.
  

• Utilize spare time to develop the teams capabilities generate ideas and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  

• Collaborate with management to align team goals with overall company objectives.
  

• Strive to elevate the teams work to new heights of creativity and innovation.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a design or creative team.
  
• Expertise in UI/UX design branding and social media design.
  
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful running projects.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  
• Must be proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD Figma and have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator.
