Job Description

• Supervise & support all teaching staff in the Key Stage & provide guidance by offering advice and leading regular professional development training sessions.
• Promote, develop, implement and evaluate action plans for curriculum assessment.
• Meet with Parents when needed.
• Checks on implementation of Assessment for Learning strategies in the classroom.
• Analyze assessment data to ensure Teaching & Learning meets the needs of all students in the Key Stage.
• Monitor progress in all areas of the Key stage, and set development plans when required.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience in a Leadership position in a similar position.
• Fluency in the English Language is a must.
• A degree/Diploma in education is a plus.
• Active, professional, and interested in education.
• The ability to lead and manage a team.
