Position Overview:
As a junior recruiter at Enjaz you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding. This is an entrylevel position that offers exposure to various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful team player with a strong interest in talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various channels to source and identify potential candidates and conduct initial resume screenings.
  • Reach out to candidates via phone email and social media to gauge interest and communicate key information about open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide timely feedback.
  • Assist with onboarding activities including preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends recruitment best practices and competitors to contribute valuable insights.
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Support the recruitment team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
  • Identify challenging job vacancies and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency.
  • Administer required tests coordinate interviews and ensure adherence to company requirements.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problemsolving and task execution.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to use new technologies to get everything done.
  • English fluency is a must.
