Junior Product Planner

Job Description

• Handles and Follows up on Boutiques product-related requests and inquiries.
• Handles and Follows up on special orders and their delivery.
• Creating the buying sheets for New collections, and updating the master buying sheet (collecting all data from diff. departments)
• Handles product requests from different departments (borrowing, shoots, etc.)
• Responsible for setting up Design/Mkt meetings, taking minutes, and following up on the implementation of the next steps with project owners.
• Attending weekly production update meetings.
• Regular Boutique visits to ensure proper Virtual Merchandise of the products, and be connected to what's happening on the ground.
• Weekly distribution to all Boutiques and stock re-shuffling based on sales and availability.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-end luxury branded environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on motivating talent to achieve goals.
• Highly developed analytical, Stress-resistant, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, a focus on accuracy, and a sense of urgency
