Junior Energy Auditor

Job Description

• A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems principals with demonstrated knowledge in building energy systems and high performance design, especially HVAC systems and building management system and controls.
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing and preparation of technical proposals.
• Wide knowledge in energy efficiency and energy management fields.
• Knowledge of building cooling load and energy simulation software programs such as eQUEST (DOE2), IES, Trane-Trace, and Carrier HAP.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office especially Excel.

Job Requirements

• Strong Background in HVAC & MEP (preferably to be design experience)
• Familiar with Energy Efficiency and Energy Management Concepts and principles.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, able to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Proficiency in English.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong outreach and communications skills, analytical skills, problem-solving, and self-motivation.
• Proactive approach in thinking ahead, seeking resources to accomplish specific objectives, and providing the right information at the right time to people who need to know.
