Junior Application Support Engineer

Job Description

• Deploy the Application on all PCs.
• Train the end users on HMIS System.
• Troubleshooting all users Problem (Application Performance, Connectivity , Permission).
• Communicate with All Supported Companies to Enhance the Application Performance, Modify the Bugs.
• Identify the difference between system and client's requirement and provide the solution.
• Independently collect and analyze client's business requirement for system.
• Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all Database backups.
• Prepare the Required System Performance Report.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of SQL.
• Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include roll-out and upgrades.
• Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales and costs.
