They have 20+ years of experiences, provides services and consultation mainly to MC group and other Japanese companies. Responsibilities:

• Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute product strategy
• Create, own, prioritize and execute a product roadmap aligned with the long term product strategy
• Influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data, logic, and user empathy
• Own key results for your problem area, customer satisfaction, usability, on-time releases, and other critical metrics
• Develop trusted relationships with development team, business owner, operation team, and other stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery
• Manage priorities, product definition, execution, roll-out and impact analysis for each of the initiatives that are owned by your problem area as form of product requirement document (PRD)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering
• Having 2 years of experience as PM on product or adjacent-product in delivering successful and innovative merchant/internal team
• Have an understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, business processes, and able to partner effectively with the team in those respected area.
• Have a strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements and features
• Strong communication skills to weave strategy, insights, priorities and plans forward into a structured and organized storyline at all levels of management
• Attention to detail, High-Quality minded, able to multi-tasking and simultaneously have competing priorities with minimal supervision
• Have a clear understanding of the underlying processes/systems and able to face products with stellar logic
