IT Product Associate Manager

As a BAS-U Site Safety Manager, you will play a key role in the governance regarding the care and protection of employees and contractors. This position revolves around ensuring safe work environmental conditions (BAS-U) at the company construction site in Torslanda.

In your first few weeks in this Site Safety Manager role, you can expect to:

• Guide the site safety team (BAS-U team), ensuring safe work environmental conditions at the construction site
• Coordinate risk assessments, define responsibilities, identify high-risk jobs, and establish communication paths, safety routines, safety standards and inspections
• Maintain appropriate awareness, knowledge, and preparedness to create a culture that prioritises a safe workplace
• Identify gaps when present and ensure that an action plan is developed and implemented on time

To apply for this BAS-U Site Safety Manager role, you will need a university or advanced degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of working experience in the construction industry. You will also require the following:

• Work experience within site coordination and BAS-U in Sweden
• Good working knowledge of Swedish health and safety legislation
• Background managing people as the direct reporting manager
• Excellent English communication skills
• Working business-level reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in Swedish
