About the Job

• Setupcomputersforemployeeuse,performandensureproperinstallationofcables,operatingsystems, and/or appropriate software,andgive permissionstoappropriate usersfor application usage.
• Overseetheperformanceofcomputersystemsandperformrandomchecks toensuresmoothcomputer operation.
• Installandperformrepairstohardwareand/or software,following design or installation specifications.
• Answer user inquiriesregarding computer software or hardware operation toresolve problems.
• Conduct computer diagnosis to investigate andresolve problemsandprovide technical assistance and support to laptops,servers,printers,etc.
• Issue purchase requests (PRs) to fulfill the site technical needs, and follow up with the Information Technology departmentfor delivering the orderstothe site.
• Performregular backupstothe server andusers’ dataandrecoveryoperations(whenever needed).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in ManagementInformationSystem.
• Microsoft CertifiedSolutions Expert (MCSE)isamust.
• 1+yearsof relevant experience.
