• The Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the company &
  
• He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial
  
• Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained
  
• Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits)
  
• Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT
  
• Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved - Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS)
  
• Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis
  
• Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis
  
• Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers
  
• Educate the Customer about the company/ channel
  
• Customer - Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms,Policies & processes
  

Requirements

• Qualification : Graduate/HSC
  
• Candidate should have field sales experience minimum of 1 year preferably in Insurance/NBFC/Banking
  
• Insurance sales will be an advantage
  
• Age - 25 to 45years
