IT Administrator

Job Description

• Set up system infrastructure including, databases, testing computer equipment, firewalls, and other software and hardware.
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues that may arise.
• Monitor the system daily and respond quickly to any security issues.
• Backup systems and verify that backups have been completed.
• Regularly upgrade systems as needed.
• Investigate and diagnose network problems.
• Collect IT usage stats.
• Make recommendations for improving the company's IT systems.
• Carry out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
• Help colleagues with more basic IT need.
• Set up new users and manage backup, security, and passwords
• Monitor internet and email use.
• Assist co-workers with everyday IT needs
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelordegree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Experience in the installation of IT hardware and software
• 5-7 years Of Experience.
• Excellent problems solving skills
• Good organization and time management skills
• High level communication and interpersonal skill
• Outstanding knowledge of IT systems
