- Introducing the international and regional institutions to the college and explaining the nature of its work and its objectives at the local and international levels.
- Working on creating constructive relationships with institutions with similar goals and coordinating to create an international and media network with the relevant authorities.
- Participate in the preparation of agreements and memoranda of understanding with the relevant authorities and follow-up reports and recommendations in this regard.
- Preparing a detailed and strategic plan for fundraising that includes searching for new funding sources in line with the college's objectives and annual programs.
- Writing project proposals for the college, networking with funding bodies, and dealing with different funding models.
