- To manage the implementation of the EUTF related programmes in compliance with the EUTF Board decisions.
- Contribute to all aspects of the contracting and procurement processes, attend management and monitoring meetings, attend field visits and propose action if and when needed.
- To contribute to the response to the Syrian crisis (policy dialogue, identification/formulation of dedicated programmes or mainstreaming in sector programmes) in the health or WASH sectors.
- To ensure the gender equality and human rights based approach in all programmes at the different steps of the programme cycle management.
