Director of Collaboration Learning and Adaptation

• Managing a TPM team, comprised of TPM Lead, Analysts and Officers, overseeing the technical planning of TPM assignments, while ensuring quality deliverables, timely submissions, and field work rollout;

• Supervising and steering the design process of ART’s TPM work, including a data toolkit, technical guidelines for sampling, qualitative and quantitative data collection, analytical frameworks; reporting templates, etc; • Leading TPM work planning and overseeing workflow processes across different TPM phases, ensuring compliance with ART SOPs and USAID contractual requirements, while liaising with the COP and DCOP on all technical requirements of TPM work and deliverables;

• Leading the communication with USAID as needed to clarify TPM needs and priorities, while also providing guidance to the TPM team on the coordination with IPs to obtain necessary documents and information for tool development, planning, and logistics to execute site visits;
