Interior Design Manager

Job Description

• Conceptually develops the interior spaces addressing planning, three-dimensional concept development, interior evaluations, details, ceiling/lighting and finishes.
• Independently evaluates, selects materials, consults with vendors, and informs project specifications.
• Coordinates with various vendors and contractors throughout the design process to achieve finished products.
• Guides the project execution through all phases of design while actively collaborating with technical leadership.
• Develops full set of construction plans (plans, elevations, schedules, etc.).
• Meets multiple tight deadlines while working on various projects concurrently.
• Conducts site surveys and job site inspections.
• Produces high quality drawings in conformance with project time, budget and quality parameters.
• Manages vendors and library.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering.
• +10 years of experience
• Excellent command of Arabic & English Languages.
• Strong Collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills.
