NOK Human Capital is hiring Interior Design for Cozy Homes specialized in finishing & property management.

Job Description:

1. Undertake design project from concept to completion

2. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

3. Set costs and project fees according to budget

4. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing

5. Produce sample and mood products

6. Work closely with designers decorators architects and constructors

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years as Interior Designer

2. Proficient in AutoCAD SketchUp 3D Max Illustrator or other design programs

3. Expertise in layout colour lighting materials selection custom furniture and all installations
