Instrumentation Designer

• Utilize E3D/S3D software to create detailed 3D models of instrumentation systems including instruments control valves junction boxes tubing and supports.
  
• Develop instrumentation layouts and piping arrangements based on project specifications P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and engineering standards.
  
• Ensure that instrumentation designs comply with regulatory requirements safety standards and industry best practices.
  
• Work closely with process engineers electrical designers and other stakeholders to integrate instrumentation systems into overall plant designs.
  
• Coordinate with piping designers to ensure proper routing of instrument lines and supports within the plant layout.
  
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  
• Generate detailed drawings isometrics and bills of materials (BOMs) for instrumentation systems ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  
• Prepare installation and fabrication drawings to guide construction activities and ensure proper implementation of instrumentation designs.
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of design revisions asbuilt changes and design calculations for future reference.
