Senior Graphic Designer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and creation of visual materials across various platforms and mediums
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers providing guidance and feedback
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
• Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that align with marketing strategies
• Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all materials
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and branding
• Oversee the production process to ensure highquality and timely delivery of materials
• Present design concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop creative concepts
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the brands visual identity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
• Ensure designs adhere to brand standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide design support for various marketing and promotional initiatives
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on branding and visual communication
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of graphic designers
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
• Solid understanding of typography color theory and layout design
• Proven track record of delivering highquality design work in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve design challenges
• Experience in creating and maintaining brand guidelines and design systems
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with crossfunctional teams
• Uptodate with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and branding
• Experience in digital design and webrelated projects is a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and styles
