Ensure that safety standards are adhered to and are always up to date, thereby creating a safe working environment.- Distribute and adapt tasks during your shifts and take on initial management tasks in collaboration with the shift manager team.
- Motivate and train our employee teams.
- Ensuring customer orders are processed in accordance with our quality and safety standards.
- Consistently evaluate relevant information and key figures and pass them on to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal and external colleagues (m/f/d).
- Evaluate, optimize processes and drive innovations.
- We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Horn-bad Meinberg, NW, DEU Basic Qualifications You have come to the right place if you:
- Have strong communication skills in German, good English, and a high level of responsibility and initiative.
- You can deal with key figures, motivate employees, but above all you always work in a customer-oriented manner and always put the customer at the center of your decisions.
- You have very good MS Excel knowledge.
- You are organized and able to meet deadlines by effectively prioritizing your tasks, even when requests overlap.
