- To have a full working knowledge of all hygiene and regulations in Jordan, according to The Jordanian Health Department Standards.
- Responsible for the coordination of the ISO 22000 team in various departments
- Responsible for the control of process and production steps in all F&B departments and of related procedures throughout shift pattern as part of the ISO 22000 implementation procedures.
- Responsible for the purchasing and providing the resources necessary to implement the ISO22000 program as and when necessary.
- Responsible for carrying out daily and weekly internal audits and verification methods, as well as data and documentation control of the ISO 22000 system, coordinate all external and on the job training projects and ensuring that all ISO 22000 plan procedures are validated in coordination with the external consultants.
- To work closely with the kitchen and stewarding department to ensure adherence to the above standards. Controlling, guiding, documenting and training both departments
