Job Purpose:
- We are looking for an office admin who can help us maintain our office environment and Supporting the development and implementation of HR systems
- You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Assist in performance management processes
- Maintain employee records attendance according to policy and legal requirements
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Organizing HR activities like parties and outings.
- Organize office operations and procedures, and monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
