Job Description
Bachelor s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent At least 2 years experience in handling labor relations processes Excellent oral and written communication skills Interpersonal skills Able to make decisions on labor independently-related matters Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS Must be able to work from 8AM-5PM Must be amenable to reporting to our Mandaue, Cebu office as required
