What our Client Is Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project engineering in Canadian Mechanical and/or Electrical Building
  
  
• Fully understands Codes and Standards relevant for the project and can communicate all requirements to the internal project team, external project team, owner, and Authorities Having
  
  
• Fully understands (construction) project procurement methodologies and can recommend or apply such a method for the
  
  
• Prepare, or assist Principal-in-charge with, the development of all system engineering concepts (, design brief) and concept Reviews and manages the design in terms of construction
  
  
• Perform, or arrange for the review of an existing installation and interprets/manages the impact on the
  
  
• Prepare calculations to size equipment and prepare equipment schedules that are project Coordinate with necessary project consultants to review
  
  
• Ensure proper document coordination with the internal and external project team (architect, interior designer, and other disciplines).
  
  
• Where requested by the Principal-in-charge or Associate Principal, act as contract administrator for designated projects, ensuring timely completion of all contract administration activities for the project.
  
  
• Respond to both technical and financial queries related to the
  
  
• Assist in construction administration by reviewing equipment shop drawings, conducting site visits, site reviews, preparing change notices, site instructions,
  
  
• Demonstrate experience working with other consultants and contractors and coordinating major

Compensation Range:
