The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.
Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, in many cases we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. Weve found tremendous success taking people with careers as bartenders, servers, teachers, healthcare workers, and even former military and training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).

A Typical Day:
Meeting with potential clients who requested information and helping them understand what they qualify for. If you feel like you might be a good fit submit your info and well be in touch.

Job Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
- Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)
- Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)
- Must be good with people
