HORECA Sales Manager

Job Description

• Set sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas..

• Understand, support, and evaluate customer needs and offers solutions.
• Perform research and identify new market opportunities and new potential customers.
• Negotiate/close deals with clients and handle complaints or objections.
• Share opinions and visions in meetings according to the products, services, or related.
• Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance.
• Make Analysis and reports to the direct manager regarding all sales leads.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Sales experience handling accounts specific to HORECA customers.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results.
• Strong Food Service contacts.
• Ability to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.
• FMCG background is preferable.
