Head of Solutions Trainers Management

• Build review and supervise proposals.
  
• Attend client meetings to understand their needs and present proposals.
  
• Manage the proposal team to ensure timely and highquality deliverables.
  

• Build and retain a strong trainers community.
  
• Monitor and evaluate trainers performance to ensure highquality training delivery.
  
• Create and manage trainers development programs to enhance their skills and competencies.
  
• Manage the recruitment process for trainers ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
  
• Oversee trainers program and selection to match their expertise with client requirements.
  

• Agree with trainers on all financial terms including compensation and contractual agreements.
  
• Manage fulltime trainers including workload distribution and performance evaluation.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
  
• Proven years of experience preferably within the training industry.
  
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
  
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  
• Outstanding professional business and creative writing skills.
