- Be overall responsible from all Delivery under DGS/BCSS Business
- Act as the DGS SPOC covering both Engagement and Delivery for respective Account(s) s/he is in charge of
- Ensure sales forecast accuracy for respective Account(s) and be the overall responsible in executing DGS/BCSS Financial figures (esp. NS/UM)
- Orchestrate and lead the Presales team by providing knowledge/guidance with regards to delivery methodology, cost, scope, and risks of activities and proper alignment of customer requirements. As a result, will be responsible to have the optimum Digital Services offer in terms of cost/quality/time-plan being prepared and submitted to customer to win the business
- Proven experience in building and managing Operational relationship with the customer.
- Should have an extensive network in the Business Area and Service Delivery organizations to enable program outcomes in needs of customer concerns for people and product issues.
