Job Description

• Senior member of the Business Team in Qardy directly reporting to the Senior Management.
• Responsible for building up strong and reliable business teams in the field, employee training, coaching, monitoring/assessment and replacement.
• Responsible for ensuring that standard processes and procedures are uniformly understood and applied by field staff.
• Closely cooperates with Senior Management on the key task of ensuring team strength, staff quality, standard procedures.
• As part of the Business Team participates in all/assigned Business projects, participates/organizes/leads working groups, workshops, meetings, training, etc.
• Leads assigned business projects.
• Provides support in implementing business strategy, reaching business objectives, ensuring budget implementation.

Job Requirements

• Microfinance experience is Must
• Minimum 8-12 years’ business/risk experience in microfinance companies/banks building, training and managing microfinance loan officer teams.
• Microfinance market knowledge.
• Efficient and result oriented person.
• High level of multi-tasking, time-management and organizational skills.
• Experienced in conducting training and staff coaching.
• Good teamwork, highest personal and professional integrity and transparency.
• Ability to manage projects with limited oversight.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and evaluation skills.
• Flexibility to travel on business assignments.
• Good level of English.
• Proficiency in using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
