Head of Marketing

We are hiring a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our company's growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, oversee marketing campaigns, manage the marketing budget, and monitor key metrics.

Tasks

• Responsible for leading the marketing team and driving company growth and brand awareness.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events).
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer insights.
• Collaborate with product management for successful product launches.
• Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively for optimal ROI.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply innovative marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required (MBA or post-graduate degree preferred).
• Experienced in the trading/FX industry.
• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to foster a high-performance culture.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
