In order to support the growth and structuring of Bricks, your role will be to build the HR and Recruitment This role is integrated into the CODIR with the Bricks holding company as well as the Actirise, Viously and Bababam entities as areas of

Your responsibilities:

- Build and animate a strong culture that promotes talent retention and team commitment,

- Build and manage the strategy and a medium & long-term HR and Recruitment roadmap to accelerate the group's development and make the company more efficient,

- Define and eligible a clear compensation policy,

- Ensure the application of social legislation both individually (employment contracts, ) and collectively (IRP, ), in France but also internationally,
