Graphic Designer

Job Description

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of graphic design software and platforms as well as the basic elements of typography and design.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Job Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience in real estate companies
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Ability to use design programs and essential tools, including the Adobe suite: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Basic knowledge of HTML; coding experience is a plus.
• Understanding of layout, design, and typography
• Understanding of the digital and print requirements for formatting interactive media to create motion graphics, animation, audio, or video games.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
