• The Senior Graphic Designer owns conceptualization, design, and roll-out of marketing collaterals.
• He/She will own design for marketing at Estshara and would be required to internalize Estshara brand guidelines and push the envelope on design.
• Would be expected to understand the context in which the design requirement is raised, grasp the business context, and adhere to timelines.
• Should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• 3-4 years of experience in design-
• Proven proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, adobe illustrator, adobe premiere-
• Good understanding of Layouts, Typography, Illustrations, and Iconography
• Should have a strong portfolio of works showcasing creatives which includes emailers, offline/online creatives, web banners, etc.
• Formal education in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Video production is an added asset
