Customer Service Part Time Position
We are looking for someone who wants to provide an excellent customer service experience to our growing list of Some of the basic duties we are looking for in someone are routing incoming calls to appropriate mailboxes, answering and properly screening telephone calls and preparing outgoing email and We offer a challenging but fun work environment and provide all the necessary equipment and training to operate in a remote
Some of the Key Responsibilities

* Answering incoming phone calls and emails from customers, usually discussing how our program works and answering any

Skills & Experience:
* High School Diploma with Accounting 12 or Math 12
* Strong oral and written communication
* General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* You are a true customer service
* Passionate commitment to helping
* Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smart phones, online tools, and
* Takes the initiative to find creative approaches that make each customer s experience feel
* Clearly and accurately explain information in a professional and assertive way, and at a level appropriate for the audience
