- Identify academic and practitioner literature and reports on training programs for public officials from Jordan and elsewhere in the region, with an emphasis on local publications and unpublished reports in Arabic.
- Along with the rest of the project’s leadership team, reviewing and synthesizing the relevant theoretical literature, published quantitative and qualitative studies, and unpublished government and NGO programme reports.
- Along with the rest of the project’s leadership team,, co-author a review article that synthesizes the overall state of theory and evidence about training interventions
- Along with the rest of the project’s leadership team, , co-author a methodology note that will guide the overall data collection and analysis approach for the project.
