• Promote employer brand and enhance the candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and make informed hiring decisions
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote diversity and inclusion
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field
• years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to leverage recruitment metrics
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced global environment
