GIS Lead

1. Lead the development and implementation of GIS strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals.
   
2. Manage GIS projects from conception to completion including requirements gathering planning execution and evaluation.
   
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into GIS solutions.
   
4. Oversee the design development and deployment of GIS applications databases and systems.
   
5. Ensure the accuracy integrity and security of GIS data and systems.
   
6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to GIS team members and other departments.
   
7. Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in GIS.
   
8. Conduct training sessions and workshops for users to enhance their GIS skills and knowledge.
   
9. Manage vendor relationships and thirdparty services related to GIS.
   
10. Monitor and analyze GIS performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
