The role of a Trainee Project Assistant entails a diverse array of responsibilities aimed at supporting project management activities and fostering continuous learning and development. A primary aspect of the role involves meticulous project tracking and report generation contributing to a comprehensive understanding of project health. The Trainee Project Assistant works closely with the project lead offering valuable insights gained from site visits and handson experience thus facilitating a deeper understanding of project dynamics and fostering continuous improvement.
During the traineeship the incumbent is expected to diligently submit all forms of evaluation actively participating in progress review meetings and meticulously minuting discussions for future reference. Additionally the Trainee Project Assistant engages with stakeholders to provide updates and track progress adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) method statements and checklists while generating insightful reports to aid decisionmaking.
The preferred candidate profile includes proficiency in reading drawings specifications and documents along with a keen interest in practical learning. This position is specifically open to recent graduates from 2023 or 2024 offering them an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a realworld setting and contribute to the success of ongoing projects.
